APRIL
- Short trip to Jakarta! Oh J-town, you are so irresistible. Over there it's just food, food and more food. And shopping. It's all about pampering yourself. Rejuvenating~
Candid shot of the adults :)
Amazing sate ayam from Dapur Solo. So soft, so juicy.... mmmm.
- FIDE Men's Fashion Week 2012 with Dewi. We won tickets for the day Royal Pirates were on. Stood through some pretty interesting runways and other acts, but the highlight of the night was no doubt RP. They were rocking so hard that the event staff ran out from the backstage. \m/
- Twelfth Night by Singapore Repertory Theatre with classmates, for Adrianna's birthday. The set was beautiful! The play was hilarious but I have to admit I didn't get 100% of it since it was in Shakespearean language. Had a good time with the company nevertheless! And always happy to see budding talents from Singapore.

MAY
- Meeting David Choi for the third time in Singapore! He is still as warm and funny. So much respect for this talented yet down-to-earth guy.
- Music Matters Live 2012. My highlight of the month. I just love to be part of audience to amazing musicians. Had a blast especially on the first night. Minor Soul (HK) is a young talented duo I came across on Youtube, blessed to hear them live!
The fun for me really started when RhythmKing appeared on stage. Bumkey's voice in 'Love Song' just melts me. JKyun's act was good too, the girl he brought with him (Sumin) has a powerful voice. Unnieee!
Was so stoked to see DJ Clazzi spin with MYK, Yi Sung Yol and Jinsil as vocals. Fluxusmusic for the win :')
Finally, the Jungle Ent artists showed up. Their stage presence was phenomenal. Yoon Mirae and Tiger JK, it's no wonder why so many people around the world look up to this couple. The crowd went absolutely wild the second they came up, and I had the best time in any gig I've ever been to.

The highlight of the last night was NIDJI (ID)! So much love for this band. Lovely and supportive crowd too. I also won VIP passes which entitled me entry to all to venues of MML, plus a Soundfreaq sound platform. Never been this lucky in my life :)
Giring (Nidji)
There. 2012 so far, all summed up. Looking forward to end of Common Tests next week. As of now, PANIC MODE: ON.
Happenings
FEBRUARY
- Valentine's Day spent sending Ju off at the airport, to a faraway place called Melbourne :'(
- Sis brought a little kitten home to take care of for a few weeks. Miaomiao's the only animal I ever got close to. Yes, I'm afraid of animals.
- Spring Awakening by Pangdemonium with Nab. Am quite a big fan of this musical and to be honest I had my doubts since it's a Singapore cast and a young one at that. Surprisingly they did not disappoint at all! We had center seats about 4 rows from the stage. I'm a fan of Rebecca Spykerman after seeing her play Ilse. She had the best vocals of the night imho! Also got to hear the thank you speech by Adrian Pang as it was the last show. What a humble man, respect :)
- Wongfupro's show with Dewi, Peg and Cheryl. It was interesting to listen to their behind the scene stories and how they came about. Also got to watch their unreleased videos. Amazing! You can still be awesome without singing or dancing on stage.
MARCH
- Kina Grannis LIVE in Singapore with Dewi, Yileen and coupld of new friends. She sounds even better than on Youtube, obviously. Not only that, her personality just warms the whole venue. Also got the privilege to meet her in person. Not once, but twice! Yay!
- Titanic artifact exhibition at ArtScience museum with some classmates. Definitely an eye-opener. The replica of the grand staircase and chandelier is breathtakingly beautiful. WOWZA.
